TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Check-in time: 2:00pm/ Check-out time: 11:00am
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Drugs are not legal in Costa Rica and the use in a rental unit shall be grounds for immediate eviction of the property
  • I understand that according to Law 9028 smoking is totally prohibited in any facilities of the complex, (Smoking area is located at the parking lot)
  • Non-registered companions can not use shared facilities, including the swimming pool and Jacuzzi
  • Use of any containers of glass is totally prohibited in the swimming pool area, violation of this rule may result in the payment of US $2000 (the cost to drain, clean, and refill the pool and Jacuzzi)
  • Credit card is required at check-in
